Conditions for participation in the GameRabbit Program

• GameRabbit is not liable for malfunctions of a technical nature.
• Please ensure that the information you provided is correct and complete. GameRabbit is not responsible for delays in payment as a result of information submitted incorrectly or incompletely.
• Promoting our websites and/or services via spam or having illegal content on your websites is not allowed.
• All information that you submitted to GameRabbit will be treated as strictly confidential.
• You can cancel your GameRabbit account at all times. The outstanding amount will then be transferred with the following monthly payment.
• If there is a situation in which Telecom parties or game Suppliers are not able to pay GameRabbit because of circumstances beyond control, GameRabbit retain the right to postpone payments to promoters that are entitled thereto, as long as the parties mentioned have not yet made their payments. In these cases GameRabbit will keep their promoters informed of all developments.
• Participating in GameRabbit is free and available for both Dutch and foreign webmasters. GameRabbit commit themselves to fix all payments to their partners administratively.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than a month will be closed. Obviously you would be informed about this first and possible outstanding amounts would be paid out.
• The District Court in Amsterdam is exclusively authorized to judge in disputes originating due to these terms. Dutch Law is applicable to this agreement.
